Return Policy

At Elite Spa Covers, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring every customer receives the perfect fit for their spa. As each spa cover is built to specification, please note that no returns or refunds are available on custom-made covers once an order has been placed. We encourage all customers to double-check their measurements and details prior to confirming a custom order.

Returns are available on Stock Covers only. To be eligible for a return, the cover must be in the same unused condition as when it was dispatched, including all packaging and accessories. Returns must be pre-arranged and approved by our team before sending any item back.

Customers are responsible for all freight costs associated with the return, and a $100 restocking fee will apply to each returned item. Once the returned cover has been received and inspected, a refund (less freight and restocking fees) will be processed.

Elite Spa Covers reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, shows signs of use, or has not been pre-approved. Our goal is to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, transparent, and professional experience.
