Elite Spa Covers Warranty Overview
We stand behind the quality of our spa covers. Here’s what’s included in your warranty:
- 2-Year Warranty on components against manufacturing or material faults (excluding foam cores).
- If a covered part is found to be defective during this period, we’ll repair or replace it — at our discretion and at no cost for the component itself.
- Foam cores are not covered under this warranty.
- Shipping costs to and from our facility are to be covered by the customer.
- To make a warranty claim, return the spa cover skin to Elite Spa Covers along with proof of purchase.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:
- Incorrect handling, transportation, or storage
- Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
- Storm or extreme weather events (e.g. wind, hail)
- Chemical imbalance or reaction
- Normal fading or cosmetic discolouration
- Any damage to the foam inserts
Important Care Guidelines
Chemical imbalance is one of the most common causes of spa cover damage. To help protect your cover and maintain your warranty:
- Remove the cover at least once a week for 1-2 hours, especially if your spa uses an ozone system.
- Always leave the cover off for at least one hour after adding chemicals to your spa water.
Once your cover has left our premises, we cannot accept responsibility for foam insert damage caused during transport or handling.
Safety Notice
- This is not a safety cover.
- Always supervise children around your spa.
- Elite Spa Covers assumes no liability for injury or accident resulting from cover use.
